Attention, the company owner of the domain will be the one of the KBIS given.

Associations or organizations having an identifier in the INSEE repertory.

For any organization not identified at the INSEE, created by a law or a decree, or registered at professional union: have to provide a copy of the law or decree, or a copy of the registration delivered by the mairie or the prefecture by fax at +33 (0)492 150 350. Attention, the owner's name will be the one of the organization.

Any person with an INPI's trademark receipt.

Please, send us a fax of the INPI's trademark registration at +33 (0)492 150 350.
at least, the registration order validated by the INPI,
- OHMI or OMPI's final certificate (only if France appears among the concerned countries)
Attention, the owner's name of the domain name will be the one of the trademark owner.
