undertakings having their registered office, central administration or principal place of business within the European Community.

-organisations established within the European Community without prejudice to the application of national law.

-natural persons resident within the European Community.

There is not documentary evidence to provide.

The domain name owner must to prove a local presence in the extension's country.

-The applicant must demonstrate a legitimate interest and act in good faith in order to obtain the allocation of a term that is prohibited or restricted, or comply with the provisions stipulated in the Naming Policy for all other categories of terms. AFNIC processes applications for permission to register these terms in chronological order. The voluntary transfer of a domain name subject to prior review can only occur after the new registrant has obtained authorisation from AFNIC to do so under the same conditions. Deleting a domain name subject to prior review overrides its reinstatement in the original list.

Have to provide the INPI or OMPI certificate (only if France appears among the concerned countries), or a copy of the BOPI publication registration order, and in the following six month the registration order, the INPI final certificate or the identity certificate with the inscription states to validate definitively the order.
- For the European Union marks, the registration is authorized only with the OHMI's final certificate.
